It's Okay Not To Be Okay

It's okay
not to be okay,
you don't always have to be okay.

It's okay
to break down in public,
you're not useless
like what you think you are.

It's okay
to treat yourself every now and then,
because you deserve it
and you shouldn't feel guilty for it.

It's okay
to seek help from people around you,
nobody is going to laugh at you,
you're not a weakling in their eyes.

It's okay
to stop and rest for awhile,
because you need to give your brain
and heart some time.

You don't have to force yourself. After all, you're the one living it and going through all the thick and thins. Treat yourself well so you can live that life.
